We’re looking for painters who are experienced in applying custom finishes to wood substrates, who exude high attention to detail, have strong work ethic, and who deeply care about completing daily tasks to ensure timelines are met and expectations are exceeded.
Candidate Characteristics/Experience/Abilities:
- 3+ years minimum of working with a professional painting company
- Portrays a high level of professionalism at all times, especially having a can-do, positive attitude
- Consistently punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to effectively communicate with ownership, customers, and colleagues
- High attention to detail at all stages in the production process
- Have reliable transportation
- Physically able to lift 40lbs or more
- Has a spotless criminal and driving record
